I believe people can heal themselves.
I believe in the inherent goodness of people.
I believe diversity is a strength necessary to face the varied challenges of the world.
I believe healing happens in relationship and in community, not in isolation.
I believe people don’t need to be “fixed.”
I believe people need to be seen and held, giving them space to heal themselves.
I believe every human carries within them an innate capacity for clarity and self-transformation. Not through force or pressure. Rather, with presence, curiosity, and a return to what feels true.
Slow down. Breathe. Feel safe. I offer you a space where you can do these things, enabling you to reconnect with your own inner guidance. My approach blends somatic awareness, values-based reflection, and practical support. This creates a coaching experience that is effective at the same time as it is gentle.
My work is guided by the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel seen, supported, and trusted to lead their own process. My magic lies in an undying curiosity and an innate ability to ask powerful questions that inspire that change.
My path has taught me that healing is not linear. Neither is meaningful growth. Instead, they unfold in layers, in moments of insight, and the courage to take one aligned step at a time. ThreeOwl Awareness exists to honor and facilitate that process — offering companionship, structure, and grounded support to anyone navigating change, rebuilding after difficulty, or simply seeking a more aligned chapter of their life.
Clients have described my presence as calm, attentive, and spacious. It creates a sense of safety that allows real insight to emerge.
ThreeOwl Awareness reflects my commitment to community, integrity, and the quiet strength that comes from living in alignment with what matters most.
All ThreeOwl Awareness coaches have a strong foundation in the
Connected. Aligned. Surrendered.
My work isn’t about pushing you toward change.
In my work, I offer a grounded presence. This helps your system settle, allowing your own clarity to emerge.
When you feel met and seen, you can finally move in the direction that’s been waiting for you.
I am a trauma-informed life coach who built ThreeOwl Awareness from a lifetime of navigating upheaval. I have built and rebuilt my identity several times. This has taught me to move through the world with steadiness, not force.
My path has been shaped by experiences that asked me to grow in ways I never expected: An adoption, a neglectful family, a brain injury, and more. Those events fundamentally changed how I understood my mind, my body, my spirit, and the pace at which healing should unfold.
Those years taught me that clarity and magic aren't something you chase. I learned I had to create them myself — through patience, presence, and deep introspection.
The traumas I've lived through didn't leave physical marks. But they did reshape my values. They taught me the importance of safety, the strength found in surrender, and the value of vulnerability. And I finally learned that the seat of wisdom is in the body.
Today, I bring that lifetime of lived experience into my coaching. Quietly. Respectfully. Without drawing attention to myself. Through somatic awareness, values-based exploration, and trauma-sensitive tools, I help people find clarity in turmoil.
I help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that feel most true.
The long arc of my life has been from surviving to creating, from navigating my own trauma to guiding others to steadiness.
Owls have always been for me a reflection of that personal journey, avatars for my life. Owls don't rush, they observe. Their power comes from stillness, from listening, from knowing when to act and when to wait.
Owls matter to me because they mirror the way I move through the world: Quietly, perceptively, and with a grounded magic that doesn't need to announce itself.
They are silent. Perceptive. Intuitive. Magical. They see patterns that others miss. Their vision pierces through darkness that enshrouds others.
Many years ago, I created the original owl logo while doing graphic design under the name "o • fo • va designs." A few years later, I began freelance writing under the name "Three Owl Media." My first design didn't have the three branches, so I added those to what is now the final design.
